Ingredients:
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1 cup softened cream cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (for garnish)
Crackers, baguette slices, or pita chips (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix the Base
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, white cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
3. Bake the Dip
Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until hot and bubbly with golden edges.
4. Add the Topping
Remove from oven and spoon cranberry sauce evenly over the top.
5. Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with chopped fresh chives.
