Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
6 medium flour tortillas
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1/2 cup diced onions
1 can (10 oz) red enchilada sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional toppings: sliced black olives, chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, green onions
Directions
1. Prepare the filling:
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through.
Drain excess grease, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
2. Warm the tortillas:
