Cracker Barrel Meatloaf Copycat

Ingredients
For the Meatloaf:
1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend for best flavor)
½ cup Ritz cracker crumbs (or breadcrumbs)
1 small onion, finely diced
1 egg, beaten
½ cup milk
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
For the Glaze:
½ cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp yellow mustard
Instructions
1. Prep:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix Meatloaf:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Mix gently (don’t overwork).
3. Shape & Bake:
Press into a 9×5-inch loaf pan or shape into a freeform loaf on a baking sheet.
Bake 45 minutes.
4. Add Glaze & Finish:
Whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard. Spread over meatloaf.
Bake 15 more minutes until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let rest 10 mins before slicing.
