- 1 can (14 oz / 400g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper. - Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined. - Sift and Combine Dry Ingredients:
In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. - Combine Wet and Dry:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix gently with a spatula or whisk until just combined. Do not overmix. - Pour into Pan:
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula. - Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. - Cool and Serve:
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar or serve as is.

Top with whipped cream, fresh fruit, or a drizzle of extra condensed milk for added richness!
