Ingredients
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
24 mozzarella cheese cubes or string cheese pieces
24 slices of pepperoni (optional)
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup pizza sauce for dipping
Instructions
1. Prep the Oven and Dough
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 24 even squares.
2. Fill and Seal
Place one mozzarella cube in the center of each dough square.
Add a slice of pepperoni if desired.
Fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
Roll each piece into a smooth ball.
3. Bake
Arrange the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
Brush the mixture over the dough balls.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Serve
Serve warm with a side of pizza sauce for dipping.
