🧾 Ingredients:
4 oz (half block) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
1/4 cup crushed Golden Oreos
1/4 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries (or strawberry Jell-O powder mix for coating)
🧑🍳 Instructions:
1. Make the Filling:
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Fold in the Cream:
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
3. Chill the Mixture:
Refrigerate the mixture for 30–45 minutes, or until firm enough to scoop and roll.
4. Form the Bites:
Scoop the mixture using a small cookie scoop or spoon and roll into bite-sized balls.
5. Make the Crunch Coating:
In a shallow bowl, mix crushed Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries (or Jell-O powder) together.
6. Coat the Bites:
Roll each cheesecake bite in the strawberry crunch coating until fully covered.
7. Chill Before Serving:
Refrigerate the bites for another 15–30 minutes to set before serving.
